Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varing qualifications, equipment, experence, reporting methods and yes, different fees. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspectors's own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guaranty that I will give you my best effort. This I promise.

I will conduct a thorough inspection of your home, inside and out. I have the knowledge, experience and expertise to provide you with a thorough and professional, non intrusive, visual inspection of you home from the roof to the basement floor.

Outside the home, I will check the surrounding neighbor hood, exterior walls, trims, roof, driveway, deck, grading, porch, foundation etc., then I will move inside to examine the walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows. The heating and air conditioning, plumbing, appliances and electrical systems will all be examined to enure that they function as intended. Bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms recieve a thorough check, along with the attic, basement and crawspace for structural or other deficiencies.

It is advise that you be present and follow me along during your inspection. There is a lot I need to teach you about your house maintenance and deficiencies found. You are free to ask any questions at any time during your home inspection. There are no dumb questions, only ones that are not answered. It will be my duty and pleasure to answer your concerns about your home purchase. There will be no guessing in my answers to you. If I do not know I will get the correct answer. It will be my pleasure to service your inspection needs.
